Avian Gallery 5: Bronx Zoo

The Bronx Zoo is full of a wide variety of birds from around the globe. The time I spent photographing these birds taught me a good deal about bird photography and catalyzed my interest in photographing wild birds. Because many of these birds are housed indoors, photographing them is a real challenge and often requires more flash than I would ordinarily use. Nontheless, I like the images that I present here and hope that you will too!
